• It's very difficult to buy the right size of clothes without trying. My shorts were the right size but I would have bought an M-sized jacket instead of the L if I wuold have had the chance to try it on first.

• Sizing is difficult because so much depends on the fit. So long as the returns service is speedy then items can be exchanged. I am not sure why one has to wait after receiving the returns number for the return to be approved by yourselves which means another wait. I also find it difficult to know what is waterproof from the icons.
