Shipping Explained

Free UK Mainland ShippingOn all orders purchased in the UK mainland, orders will be dispatched once in stock using the Royal Mail Sign for Recorded Delivery Service, usually 2-3 working days from dispatch.  This option is automatically selected in the checkout area of the website for your convenience.  Alternative if you wish for your goods to arrive next day you can choose this option.

Next Day Delivery ServiceWe offer a next day delivery service for in stock products using the Royal Mail Signed for Special Delivery Service, costing an extra £3.95 - This option can be selected in the order checkout area of the website.

Free International Shipping  On all *orders purchased outside of the UK will automatically received free shipping on orders above £200, orders will be dispatched once in stock using the Trusted Royal Mail International Signed for Priority Mail Service, usually 5-7 working days from dispatch.  Once your shopping basket is higher than £200 or more, you will automatically receive free shipping to your international address.  Please note international orders can only be shipped to the card holders address.

World Wide ShippingWe currently offer shipping to most countries in the World using the Trusted Royal Mail International Signed for Priority Mail Service, which is currently set at half price of £6.00 for all orders less than  <£200 - On all international orders, this option will be automatically selected in the checkout area of our web site.  The delivery time depends on which country you live in, below are some examples of delivery times:

Austrialia - Delivery time 5-7 days
France - Delivery Time 3-5 days
Norway - Delivery Time 4-6 days
United States - Delivery time 5-7 days

Please note international orders can only be shipped to the card holders address.

UK VAT FREE On All Orders Outside of the Euopean UnionAny order placed from a country outside of the European Union (EU) are exempt from UK VAT, this will automatically be removed once you are in the check out area of the web site.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift.  For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Please note we are unable to dispatch any order made from a country outside of the EU to a country within the EU.

Delivery Schedule

We will always dispatch your order as quickly as possible.  On occasions where there are stock shortages we will contact you to notify you of the delay. The majority of orders will arrive the day after dispatch. Delivery Terms & Conditions:

As our couriers collect between 3pm and 4pm weekdays, the majority of orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched that day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be sent on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Your order can only be Delivered to any address that the Credit/Debit card is registered to:

• We are able to deliver to the card holders work address if required, unfortunately, due to banking regulations we are unable to deliver to another private address.  This is due to internet fraud.
• Please note international orders can only be shipped to the card holders address.
• We cannot under any circumstances arrange for your parcel to be left without a signature or to be left with a neighbour. Your neighbour can approach the courier if they wish to take receipt of your parcel for you, but this cannot be arranged with the courier beforehand. It must be delivered to the card holder's address or an alternative business address.
• A signature will be required by the courier in order to leave your parcel. If nobody is available to sign then a card will be posted through your letterbox with details of how to re-arrange a delivery or for you to collect the item from the courier depot. In most cases you will be able to call the couriers to have it delivered that same day.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses
